I started out as a General Service Tech in Oct 2010 where I exceled to the top tier of that position by June of 2011. During this time I was also trained on running the store as a Relief Manager to help cover stores during manager vacations. I was at the top of the list for the next Auto Tech position to open up when they had offered me a position as a Store Manager in Dec 2011. I accepted it on a trial basis. I did not have a good amount of experience with store management and was willing to step up to this position. In July of 2012 I stepped down from the management position and in to a Auto Tech, I was not ready for the manger position at that time. In December of 2012 I started attending ITT Tech for Network System Admin, the owner of Goldlink could not accommodate on of the days off I needed. In Jan 2013 I found a Job with Goodyear that would be able to give me that day off.
