KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Contract management of all the above organisations. Maintain and Manage Cleaning Contracts in Council buildings, State Sporting Facilities, NationalManagement Academy, National Music Academy as well as other commercial and corporatebuilding sites. Meeting Financial Targets as well as effective budget management. Establish effective communication with clients in meeting expectations as well as building greatpartnership. Inspect contracted facilities and liaise with supervisors, team leaders and operators to meetcontract requirements, specifically to ensure OH&S requirements are met. Train staff to comply with OHS and other industry and client regulations. Service delivery of contracts in accordance with the KPI targets and specification. Purchase of cleaning equipment and hiring. Manage and monitor cleaners, supervisors and sub contractors to perform proactively andmentoring them to achieve their full potential. Implement management plan and process to achieve results. Inspect, audit, evaluate and build site reports including risk assessment, JSA and SWMS. Preparation of project estimates and Coordinate Periodical and Special Work requests. Coordinate contract start-ups, transition process in timely and effective manner.
