Gameface has reinvented the way in which brands connect with amateur athletes. For years, participants have been over-charged for photos of themselves participating in their favorite sports. At the same time, event sponsors have spent billions of dollars without a way to make an emotional connection with athletes and drive them to the sponsor’s website. Gameface enables event organizers and sponsors to make a deep connection with sporting event participants by providing free photos of them participating in sports such as obstacle races, triathlons, running races, skiing and youth team sports.At Gameface, I am responsible for leadng and managing all aspects of product development, photography & event production. This includes defining and delivering on product road map, design, execution, maintenance of all technology – internal and external system and resources, recruitment, education, deployment, QC of all internal and external photography resources, production schedule, capacity planning, execution, client liaison for all services rendered to events and sponsors.

As part of Product Operations function: - Responsible for evolving Akamai’s product architecture to benefit Akamai customers and business. Worked collaboratively with senior executives and leading technical leaders across the entire company to devise and align on an elegant solution that both solved complex legacy problems, yet could deliver business value in short 6-12 month iterations. - As part of a major digital business transformation initiative, served as over-arching architect for an a solution that enabled fast product-trial on boarding for customers. In this capacity coordinated cross application architecture requirements and design, as well as ensuring architectural dependencies are enabled. This overall solution resulted in bringing in $10M’s of monthly revenue, increased customer conversion rates by ~3x and automated 20% of product orders.
