Vetted, introduced and implemented new technologies such as industry specific Communications Management software, VoIP, SSRS and Hosted Exchange. Responsible for direct labor efficiency across all four sites accomplished through financial management training and new pay for performance programs.Significant accomplishments include:• Led efforts to implement 40 new clients, a 110% increase over 19 clients from the previous year.• Simplified historically stressful tax season by delivering a 62% decrease in job backlog.• Reduced labor costs per job by 8%, while increasing overall production volume by 10%.• Delivered a 99.9968% error-free output ratio (Fifth Sigma) on 85 million statements.• Selected NetSuite ERP software to replace QuickBooks.• Implemented a CCM (Customer Communications Management) software purchase in 3 months when industry standards allow for 7 months.• Led major investment in HR strategies including Topgrading methods, quarterly performance and impact reviews, and corporate communications strategy all of which led to the hire of a much needed VP of HR.• Transitioned longer service employees who were not keeping current and hired new, stronger talent to better adjust for long-term vision and customer lifetime value.• Drove the organization to achieve budget and revenue targets for 2015.

Additional contributions included creating and communicating vision, mission and core values, analysis and translation of financials including P&L and balance sheet, strategic planning, product offering, price planning, developing prosperous vendor and customer relationships, full implementation of ERP systems from Exact Software, and more.Significant Accomplishments / Results:• More than doubled revenue in four years (214%) and went from consistent loss to strong profitability (27% EBITDA).• Oversaw and collaborated with the Navy to develop Shock and Vibe capable replacement valve for R/O system.• Negotiated private label contract and first territorial distribution contract.• Developed three-year vision plan with KPI monitoring and pay-for-performance incentive plan.

Responsible for engineering, production and quality of division.Significant Accomplishments / Results:• Reduced lead time from 12 weeks to slightly less than one week.• Negotiated the return of a large BAE contract that was lost in 2001.• Obtained Canadian Registration Number for sale of product to Canada.• Reduced total number of components through product standardization and design.
