You have to react and drill yourself and your team in the ability to rapidly respond. You also have to have put some thought in before that happens so you have some ideas that you can flex to.I worked in manufacturing and marketing with Neutrogena and Johnson and Johnson. Both great companies that make good products. I worked in strategy consulting with Accenture and EY where I helped many leadership teams with challenging problems and drove those to successful outcomes. I've also led private equity owned companies and helped them grow, acquire and ultimately make a good profit on the investment. EOS played a big part in that and that is why I love helping entrepreneurs use EOS to get what they want.
