With over 20 years of experience in acquiring and delivering DoD systems and cybersecurity solutions, I am the CRO/Vice President of Sales at Boldend, a company that provides full visibility into the wireless and IoT devices inside an enterprise's corporate airspace. In this role, I am responsible for strategic planning, sales development and growth, P&L, and process implementation. I have built a dedicated sales organization, developed a sales/marketing business plan, and recruited new sales and business development staff. I have also collaborated with design, operations and finance teams to achieve the company's goals. Under my leadership, we have increased annual recurring revenue by over 50% and secured multiple large contracts with federal and DoD customers. My core competencies include offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, enterprise architecture, operational test and evaluation, systems engineering, and project management. I have a doctorate in information assurance, a master's in psychology, and a bachelor's in computer science with a minor in mathematics. I have a proven talent for assessing diverse challenges, developing action plans, and achieving positive results.
