Human Resources Manager
Current• Report directly to Chief People Officer and manage the HR Coordinator.• Plan upcoming benefit renewals with our brokers and vendors.• Complete Health Insurance Responsibility Disclosure (HIRD) annually.• Conduct EEOC 1 Data Collection.• Conduct ACA filing for the company.• Work our outside auditors in conducting annual 401K Audit.• Partner with 401K vendor and financial advisor on Nondiscrimination Testing and True-Ups of our 401K plans.• Strategize and implement the rollout of our Open Enrollment.• Conduct market research on compensation for new upcoming roles in the company.• Organize, create, and rollout our annual Performance Reviews.• Assist with calculations and planning of Merit Increases as a result from performance reviews.• Work with Chief People Officer on Union related topics such as: job postings, length of temp assignments, grievances, PIPs, title tiers, salary minimums, title approvals, Union eligibility of hires, promotions, reorganization, lateral changes to new departments, etc.• Conduct manager training sessions on best practices for reviews, 1:1s, disciplinary actions, merit, promotional planning, etc.• Take the lead on most Employee Relations situations.• Consult with Employment attorney on potential situations that may require legal consultation.• Conduct Exit Interviews for the company and prepare any Severance Agreements including the calculation of severance payments.• Lead ATK University for new hires, which is our company’s education session on the history of the company as well as what different departments do.• Lead the recruiting for all roles within the company that are Manager level and above.• Prepare Consulting Agreements for any freelancers who may be brought on to assist the company for a short-term designated timeframe.• Mange ATK’s internship process by collaborating with universities on job posting, screening candidates, creating internship offer letters, and setting them up for success with their manager.
