As a Senior Analyst, I serve in a leadership role by training and mentoring a team of eight analysts. As the primary point of contact for over 35 public and private sector clients I provide each client with a comprehensive and cost-effective analysis of their employee benefits. Some of my key responsibilities include formulating and completing RFP analysis, negotiating with prospective carriers, and creating key analytical reports for clients. As a skilled insurance agent I have experience working with employee benefits ranging from group medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages. Additionally, my role requires extensive working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management through the CRM.

As the dedicated Business Development Representative my primary role was to promote all credit union products and services throughout the Palm Beach County area. I conducted presentations, enrollment meetings, and new hire orientations. In addition, I managed an extensive database of clients, while promoting financial services at various community events such as the Palm Beach Gardens Green Market, SunFest, and the Jupiter Jubilee.
