As the Head of Health Promotion at ESB, I have over 5 years of experience in delivering health and wellbeing programmes throughout the organisation in Ireland and the UK. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees, customers, and stakeholders. I have a strong background in project management, having worked as an IT Project Manager at ESB and a Digital Services Project Manager at Microsoft. I also have a CIPD certificate in people practice and a postgraduate certificate in workplace wellness from Tangent, Trinity's Ideas Workspace. I am a certified change management practitioner and a UEFA A coaching license holder. I use my skills and knowledge to design and deliver effective and engaging wellbeing initiatives that align with ESB's vision and values.
