Aided in the design of Pall’s AcroSep chromatography column line; developed and preformed methodology for validation of the line. Created and tested marketing methodology using AKTA systems, syringe pump and manual based methods. Compiled data for internal and external publications as well as sales documents. Authored product inserts AcroSep line. Maintained multiple AKTA 100A’s and water purification equipment. Performed everyday administrative duties for the lab (supply ordering, shipping, maintenance scheduling, planning and scheduling for visitors, ect.).

Preformed research on unique immunotherapies. Purified cellular protein supernatants via affinity chromatography on AKTA FPLC machines. Ran and maintained an HPLC running SEC. Ran SDS-page and IEF gels, analytical and preparative rPA, and LAL assays, and participated in WCX method development on different antibodies. Developed, optimized and ran ELISAs. Designed, optimized, and implemented kinetic LAL procedure to replace end-point method, resulting in a larger dynamic range, higher throughput and a simpler assay. Responsible for cell culture from T-Flasks through Roller Bottles. Built, maintained, analyzed, and purified 15L bio reactors. Responsible for large-scale media prep. Responsible for training and supervising six new interns.
