As Military Deputy to the Director of Communications, enable the successful management of an annual budget of over $216 Million, supporting multiple R&D Programs and leading a staff of 600 personnel. As senior military advisor to a civilian Senior Executive Service, provides clear articulation of Network Operational requirements to high level, senior civilian and military leaders in DoD. Demonstrates strong analytical skills to provide convincing justification that validates the resourcing of key acquisition and research programs vital to the Wafighters, namely the Guardian Enable and the Theater Network Management Architecture. Integrate disparate communities towards a common focus.

Deputy Director and Chief of Network Operations Division for the Theater Network Operations Center in the Central Command Area of Responsibility. Supports U.S. Army Central Command, Coalition Joint Task Forces 82 and 101, and Multi-National Forces Iraq, and other organizations in conducting Full Spectrum Operations to include Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. Performs all technical engineering functions to ensure the flow of secure and non-secure voice, data, video, and special traffic across terrestrial and satellite transmission systems. Manages key network components to include multiplexers, routers, firewalls, call managers, and voice switches. Performs network performance management and optimization for 46,000 users at 21 geographical locations in Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq, Qatar, and Bahrain. Supervises 6 Military and 20 Civilians in Network Management, Transmissions, WAN, Service Desk, and Circuit Actions branches.
