Project types include: Restaurants, Retail, Financial, Medical Facilities, Salon and Spa, Historic Renovations, Corporate/Office Construction, New Construction, Tenant Improvement and Small Projects/Service Work.As a part-owner and Chief Operating Officer I ensured Diversified met our goals by helping our clients, subcontractors and other constituents get exactly what we contracted to do by creating excellence in all aspects of the operations of the company, including leading and developing a high-performance cross functional team, and managing the following areas: Accounting, Admin, Human Resources, Safety, Processes and Training, Technology/IT - interfacing with Project Managers and Project Superintendents, Accounting and Admin personnel to enable them to do their jobs better and ensure better project outcomes.
