Planned layout and purchased table games equipment for 144 table Graton Resort & Casino. Currently managing logistics for pit installation and start-up operations. Developed and produced departmental Policies & Procedures.Designed, equipped, staffed and currently manage 68 table Dealer School in support of Graton Resort & Casino. Trained over 800 dealers at our state-of-the art Dealer School in preparation for opening fall of 2013. Currently manage on-going dealer school, conduct Supervisor and dealer job coach training as well as Title 31 compliance training. I also manage our Bravo table games conversions and manage most department purchasing.
