I lead the Pharmacy Solutions business in North America. This includes mail, central fill, long term care, specialty, and retail pharmacy solutions. Applying the strength of KNAPP's global resources, we provide our North American Pharmacy customers with the solutions that allow them to broaden their patient care offerings while reducing their cost-to-fill prescriptions in all 5 of our core pharmacy business segments.With a dedicated team of engineers, developers, and product management professionals we provide solutions that improve the performance and profitability of our customers. These include central pharmacies, micro-central fills, nano central fills, refrigerated and ambient specialty pharmacies, single dose and multi dose long term care pharmacies, retail pharmacies with automated 24-7 systems, and automated food/pharma 24-7 systems for our grocery/pharma customers. Our customers include national and regional retail chains, pharmacy benefit management organizations, long term care pharmacies, regional health systems, the federal government, and independent pharmacies.
