• Designed a two-input, speed-reducing transfer case capable of transmitting 170 kW peak power and 560 Nm peak torque
• Led a team of 6 Engineers in the development of a 100 kW diesel-electric generator for use in a New York City bus
• Designed and packaged suspension components for various electric vehicles, including extensive analysis of metal to composite bonding and dynamic vehicle performance
• Developed a spreadsheet based vehicle performance simulation which utilized torque curves, efficiency maps, and numerous vehicle parameters to model vehicle acceleration, steady state range, energy usage, and range on.
