As a partner at Wilson Elser, I represent clients and insurers in the areas of construction, medical malpractice, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, professional liability, employment and toxic tort cases. I have successfully represented clients at the local, state and municipal levels, and have extensive litigation experience in both levels of trial courts in Maryland and in the appellate courts. I have taken more than 20 cases from inception to judgment and handle mediations and binding arbitrations as well. My clients appreciate my legal analysis skills and reasoning, and I am considered an advocate for my clients and their trusted advisor. I am able to achieve a balance of persuasiveness and deference that advances the successful resolution of my cases. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, I represented employers and their insurers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and honed my advocacy skills in court and at administrative hearings.
