Delivered over €200K in instructional services in the Department of Anthropology. Developed and presented learning materials for for 450+ students. Maintained high student ratings (avg. 4.5/5).

Led 5-year ethnographic research project on app-based food delivery in Germany. Interviews and contextual inquiry with 60+ participants in English and German. Collaborated with global industry leader on top 10 KPI courier retention project.

Led research projects on urban development in Toronto. Facilitated workshops on ethnographic methods and analysis for academics and designers. Communicated findings in blogs and news outlets.

International collaboration with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Harvard University. Assisted in coordinating KOSMOS-funded urban ethnography workshop for anthropologists, human geographers, and designers.

Investigated the relationship between humans and robots at Amazon Robotics. Analyzed Amazon patents and media. Conducted ethnographic fieldwork at re:MARS conference in Las Vegas. Copublished in Science, Technology & Human Values.

Employed a range of UX research methods to inform solutions for design of a shift-scheduling tool. 15+ deliverables (empathy maps, personas, etc.).

Worked with authors to edit their peer-reviewed manuscripts for clarity, logical consistency, and flow. Proofread for grammar, spelling, and citation formatting.

Developed and taught practicum modules aimed at experiential learning of ethnographic methods and multicultural studies for Osaka University students. Co-organized and facilitated workshops for graduate students and international scholars.
