Todd & Sargent offers a hands-on internship experience in the departments of Pre-Construction, Project Management and Design as the company specializes within the construction of agricultural facilities across the United States. Interns will gain exposure to the unique slip-form concrete technique that is used in the construction of these large-scale projects, allowing for continuous vertical pouring of concrete to form structures like silos and grain storage bins. Since Todd & Sargent is a Design-Build company, this integrated approach allows for interns to gain a broader skill set and take on diverse responsibilities at the same time while getting hands-on experience.
