I have over 25 years of experience working in sales and sales management, and was previously employed as a national sales manager with Pool Controls and Monarch Pool Systems. I am currently working in the swimming pool industry, where I successfully lead a small team of sale professionals. I have grown businesses to the point where companies have had to expand and create new warehouses to sell more pool equipment and oversaw the development of these warehouses. I am an expert in training and mentoring new and existing sales professionals and team members, providing innovative ideas to successful sales and insights into how to communicate effectively with clients. In my personal life, I believe in staying active and spending time with my family. I thoroughly enjoy swimming, cycling and hiking on the weekends with friends.
