Lead Product Designer for multidisciplinary teams in Brazil and Mexico. Recruited a team of tree members in Mexico, plus creating a design team dynamic setting a design process and best practices. Also designed from scratch the app version for Mexico and the E2E lead form experiences for two different loan products. In Brazil, I also had the chance to create a team of tree in of the teams I led. I was responsible for creating the FAQs platform - both web and app versions - that led to a 23% drop in contact rate, among other features

Along with the Product Manager I had the opportunity to lead the development of a POS system from scratch, for small and medium bars and restaurants in Brazil. Supported by field research, behavioral metrics implementation and its further analyses, I was able to identify the need for restructuring its information architecture and main feature organizations.Several new use cases were added to the product, such as a features to manage SMBs inventories and the opportunity to create weekend promotions to customers via POS, that led to a 6% decrease in supplies loss and increased their profit in 13% during weekends.

At Menu, Ab-Inbev's food service startup, I worked as a cross tribe design leader, leading designers and frontend developers. Designing its franchise interfaces to later design the products purchase flow, from choosing the products to the cart review. Started the process of creating the product design team, setting its goals, main activities and responsibilities. Managing designers' careers and defining design processes and practices we would follow as a team.

As a product designer, working at the financial and tax related squads, I could connect with customers and accountants in order to translate complex subjects into simple, easy to use solutions for the small and medium business owner. Among the featured work, I had the opportunity to design Conta Azul's new customer onboarding flows, from mapping the opportunity to validing its performance after release. By this new feature, It was recorded a 11% decrease in contact rate, both in the less than 30 days user group and in the 90 days old customers cohort. I also designed the tax input feature along with the automated suggestion tax functionality, that had as goal to decrease the amount of time customers spent filling out an invoice along with the relatable contact rate as well. By this deliver, I was able to reduce from ~7min to ~3min the time needed to fill and send an invoice. Along with a 26% drop in contact rate for this matter. Besides its impact, the solution became a case and was presented at the HCI International 2019.

Led the complete online home search plataform redesign at Lello. Allowing customers to not only search for a new home online, but also to perform tasks that in the past were exclusively held at the branches all over state. Increased in 45% the online traffic along with delivering the new feature that allowed customers set day and date to visit a proporty. That process was done exclusevily by theirs branches before.

Responsible for designing and prototyping interfaces for iOS, Android and web devices, including different audiences such as taxi drivers, passengers and financial managers. Also worked structuring and applying qualitative research and benchmarks, in order to identify opportunities to improve the experience for the mobile and desktop devices.
