I currently design Professional Learning around Specially Designed Instruction, Universal Design for Learning, New Teacher Induction, Design Thinking, Deep Learning, and Communities of Practice for Teachers of the Emotionally Impaired and Teachers of Special Education. In addition to the designing of professional learning I have been a project lead on a virtual learning environment called mi PLACE, worked on systems implementation and design, designed organizational culture and climate change, and developed a uniques UDL coaching system based on appreciative and ontogological coaching matrices.

I am currently an Educational Nomad looking to find a home for the next phase of my career. I'm looking to connect with subject matter experts who want to design truly interactive and inclusive eLearning modules.I can create several different types of modules, work with all types of media and platforms, incorporate all major LMS, design and build eLearning continuums and infrastructures, design game logic and create learning based games, create digital animations, design UX/UI, assess and create accessible digital assets, and program for both VR and AR. I have created products in Articulate, Captivate, Unity, ArToolkit, Vuforia, iSpring, Adobe Creative Suite, Lectora, etc. I am a Google certified trainer and have extensive knowledge of current Google APIs, and a Microsoft Innovative Educator.
