I have a strong background in AWS and LDAP administration, as well as Windows Server. I have also worked as a Software Support Engineer at Samsara and FIS, providing technical support for hardware devices and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and connectivity issues.In my current role, I architect, design, and implement IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, and Single Sign-On (SSO), improving overall system security and user experience. I also troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, serving as a primary point of contact for Tier 2 customer inquiries. I conduct thorough research on functionality and usability-related issues, working with customer’s IT personnel to understand the nature of the issue, and communicate steps to resolve and/or escalate to the next level.
