CurrentCollaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand and document identity and access management requirements, ensuring effective and secure access controls.Architect, design, and implement IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, and Single Sign-On (SSO), improving overall system security and user experience.Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, serving as a primary point of contact for Tier 2 customer inquiries. Identify issue scope and document cases effectively.Conduct thorough research on functionality and usability-related issues, working with customer’s IT personnel to understand the nature of the issue, and communicate steps to resolve and/or escalate to the next tier when needed.Lead the design, implementation, and management of Active Directory services, including Azure AD, enhancing identity management, access control, and system security across the organization.Conduct regular service checks and answer basic questions on common issues, ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
