I get paperwork for company owned and operated stores, of which we are always adding to.My position as an Executive Expense Auditor has allowed me to take the experiences from prior jobs and pull from them every day. I currently am responsible for auditing Petty Cash receipts for approximately 1400 retail locations, assisting with the review of all employee expense reports, along with reviewing approximately 500-600 vendor invoices daily. On a monthly basis, as part of my Petty Cash responsibilities, I generate an Exception Report for the COO and the Divisional VP's and work with their teams to correct any outstanding issues and prevent recurrences. To do this my teams and I moved in, and made every employee feel good about how they had done something every day. I would never let an employee feeling less than 100% positive in there day some how. I found that over time there change in attitudes were showing to customers, when customers would call to compliment me on something that happened.
