• Built educational math game using Phaser3, and accompanying live leaderboard using React.js and GQL, for use in Ardent’s digital classroom portal• Prototyped React-based multiuser chat plugin, allowing instantaneous communication between instructors and students

• Executed rollout of digital queuing system to enable efficient service of over 70 customers daily, increasing staff productivity and management’s ability to make data-driven staffing decisions• Designed procedures for the digitization of key processes and several hundred crucial records for both Building and Planning Divisions, beginning transition from physical to digital project review• Adapted existing software and procedures to enable wildfire victims to rebuild, resulting in cleanup finishing before that of dedicated state agencies.
