Over the past 5 years, I started and help to scale a multi-million dollar services business with a team of 40+ professionals who were completing the industry's best in class reconciliation/accounting services. My tasks included writing and updating our standard operational procedures, collaborating with sales leadership to develop the sales script, coaching the sales team on marketing strategies, acquiring initial clients, providing ongoing sales support for both Qualia Recon services and their core product, and the roll out of numerous updates to reconciliation reporting packages and dashboards.Recently I served as manager of Reconciliation Quality Assurance at Qualia. In this role, I successfully developed and updated the QA testing standards, while overseeing the performance, documentation, and collaborative feedback of QA reviews. Additionally, I built and led a high-performing quality assurance team, driving efficiencies and ensuring top-notch quality.I have also been a valuable stakeholder in the development of additional services potentially offered by Qualia, including audit and escheatment services.
