Evaluate project sites for unusual site conditions such as soil faults, drainage problems, or other design problems that may increase the site development cost or decrease the value of the land.- Review contract award documents to ascertain if the proposed bid is the lowest or lowest acceptable, consistent with the Owner's Invitation for Bids and bid package and in an amount consistent with the construction budget.

- My primary duty was to facilitate and control the vertical and lateral flow of information on the construction project. While my secondary role is to support and facilitate field operations; including monitoring and controlling contracts, submittals, and construction documents.- While a member of a small team, I managed the plan review and material procurement of a manufacturing facility with a budget of $30 million, while continuously inspecting on-going and completed construction activities to ensure the use approved materials and proper construction practices take place.

Responsible for the leadership, discipline, training, unit administration, personnel management, and supply discipline of 145 Soldiers consisting of the Battalion Headquarters and sections, a Unit Ministry Team, Support Operations Section, Maintenance Platoon, Field Feeding Section, and Medical Platoon. Responsible for equipment valued at over $11M. Additionally, served as the Battalion Operations Officer; tasked with planning and coordinating 10 major training events, within budget and time constraints, for over 500 soldiers. Oversaw all aspects of logistics, personnel, and maintenance; including monthly inventories of all sensitive items and miscellaneous equipment. Oversaw the daily Battalion Maintenance Program; monitoring the maintenance and administrative issues on over $53M worth of equipment.

Served as the Senior Maintenance Officer for the Brigade Combat Team consisting of over 6,000 personnel. Monitored the performance of equipment services, brigade quality assurance program, maintenance, safety, modification work management, warranty, and the calibration, test, and diagnostics of 1,900 components, and 1,000 components in the army oil analysis program. Oversaw and monitored the daily Brigade Non-mission Capable Equipment Report by tracking and researching all repair part requisitions in order to provide visibility for planning and coordination throughout the brigade and higher. Monitored all retrograded parts to improve resource margin. Co-led the initial planning of 2 NATO training missions involving over 10 European countries in support of US Army European Command.Approving authority for all supply requests averaging upwards of $4M per day.

Managed the training and personnel actions of 113 employees. Managed and approved maintenance operations for the Company’s $25M worth of equipment. Served as second in command and the chief logistics advisor to the commander. Supervised the daily accountability, personnel actions, and status reporting for all assigned property and personnel. Supported the company’s operational readiness by maintaining inventory and enforcing the maintenance standards on all vehicles and equipment. Served as the Headquarters Section Supervisor, Supply Supervisor, Key Control Manager, and Environmental Compliance Supervisor.

Lead logistics platoon in providing the rapid, safe, and efficient supply and transportation of fuel, ammunition, water, and repair parts to deployed soldiers during Operation New Dawn 11-12. Risk managed resource deployment and transportation. Created a transportation strategy to optimize personnel safety and movement of resources. Lead 40 convoy security missions throughout Iraq. Safely moved over 2,000 commodity trucks during the liquidation of all equipment and materials prior to the close of the Iraq campaign. Responsible for the execution of a vigorous platoon maintenance program and the accountability of 20 vehicles, 37 weapons, and 20 pieces of commodity equipment valued at $20M. Directly responsible for the training, safety, health, morale, and economic welfare of 34 employees. Performed additional duties as Key Control Manager, Voting Assistance Manager, and Contracting Manager Representative.

Analyzed and implemented regulations for maintenance directives, operating procedures, technical manuals, and policies to ensure fleet sustainability. Provided logistics and maintenance support functions for 5 technical repair shops. Coordinated and monitored efficiency efforts related to vehicles and equipment. Managed routine maintenance, technical inspections, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing repairs, adjustments and calibrations, annual equipment services and preservation. Briefed the director in both formal and informal settings on various logistics and maintenance issues. Determined deficiencies in the logistics chain that affected operational readiness, made recommendations to higher level authority, and took corrective action as advised. Performed additional duty as the Company Intelligence Support Manager.
