I am responsible for the advertising, recruiting and onboarding for campany, owner operator and Lease Purchase driver's. I am responsible for a 33% increase in 2012 in our fleet.

I collected on past due mortgage accounts using excellent communication and negotiation skills and skip tracing techniques. I set a company record for dollars collected on 2 occasions and was collector of the month on multiple occasions

I was originally hired to help set up TMC'S over the road breakdown department after servicing the TMC account for several years at Ruan Transportation, after spending a year in the breakdown area i became a dispatcher and was responsible for managing 55-60 over the road truck driver's.

I was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor within a year of my original hire. I supervised a 24/7 breakdown center that handled over 10,000 pieces of equipment resulting in over 400,000 calls yearly and 150,000 breakdowns. I was also responsible for the 2 largest outside accounts(TMC and Maverick Transportation) we serviced in the breakdown center
