I am responsible for managing the day-to-day sportsbook operations in Polish Fortuna, overseeing a team of local sportsbook bookmakers/traders, and organizing their tasks and priorities. I establish and implement local strategies for pricing and betting opportunities, analyze sportsbook performance, and review risk management to ensure the business plan is executed.I also play an active role in product development. As part of my job, I conduct monthly competitor analysis of the local market, propose bonus and promotional propositions in collaboration with the marketing/CRM department, and establish relevant provisions and resolve complaints related to sportsbook terms and conditions.I manage the Polish team of bookmakers responsible for producing and trading the PreMatch and In-Play/Live betting offers for Fortuna. I report directly to the CEO and am a member of the Senior Management Team, participating in Front Office and Back Office meetings.
