I am a passionate, results-oriented professional with 21 years of varied educational leadership experience. In my previous and current roles, I have developed strengths in empowering educators to use their skills and resources to improve academic performance while placing scholars at the heart of all instructional decisions. Over the course of my career, I am most proud of serving as the Founding Director of a Title I preK-5 campus in South Dallas, where I effectively established and maintained a culture of excellence. I take great pride in building strong teams and supporting instructional leaders in the pursuit of elevating instruction. Ultimately, I enjoy coaching and mentoring because it enables me to play a small but critical role in developing educational leadership sustainability.
