Assist with the Office of Student Retention and Academic Success (Student Services). Perform ample amounts of administrative work as well as advise individual students to ensure they are on track for graduation. Admin work includes all major/minor declaration processing, processing of all grade deletions and GPA recalculations, and trainging and managing all ten student-workers with their tasks for each day. Additional jobs include instructing and organizing 1-3 BUAD1000 (business orientation) courses per semester, with goals of helping students recognize their strengths, helping them discover what major/career they aim to pursue, and teach the various resources the University has at our disposal that will ensure every student's success at Toledo.

Attempted to further baseball career and experience while playing baseball in the Frontier League. Developed friendships and professional relationships throughout the Midwest by networking during the rigorous travel schedule.

Assisted with special events, game days and in-game promotions, increasing sales by influencing fans to purchase seasonal tickets and individual games. Brainstormed and implemented ideas for the athletic department, such as revamping student section in order to brand and market student attendance at home athletic events.

Worked with a team of five or more to help maintain the athletic facilities at the University of Toledo so events and programs functioned smoothly. Each duty required an eye for detail so our facilities reflected the programs Division 1 status. Duties included; power-washing the Glass Bowl stadium, painting and stenciling lines of the soccer, baseball, and softball fields, set-up and clean-up of a multitude of events, moving of excess equipment into off-campus storage facilities, and any activity needed to help operations of the University of Toledo Athletic Department function properly.
