Here's the Value That I Add:I thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hands down I prefer an environment where I have too much to do over not enough to do. I thrive on having a goal or finish line in front of me and figuring out the most effective way to accomplish it. I have super empathy skills. Seriously, I'm scary good at putting myself in someone else's shoes which makes me well suited for leadership and client-facing roles. I want to get the most out of myself and my teammates in order to optimize outcome. I am a communicator. I love building people. I have the ability to quickly build trust- but not in an unctuous way. I genuinely like people and want to help them. I can be in a room with anyone. I am comfortable talking to all walks of l life. Challenge me on this one...I wager the only person who won't engage with me is my teenage son. I'm competitive, but in a productive way that helps to improve a team or a company. I love to learn and am hugely intellectually curious. I am also a quick study. This is one of the places where my competitive spirit kicks in; I like to shorten the learning curve. I relish opportunities to gain new skills in order to accomplish a job.I'm resourceful with a dogged determination to not let anything get the best of me...so once given a challenge I'm going to see it through.
