I Lead Pennsylvania's American legion Boys State program referred to as Keystone Boys State (KBS). KBS offers rising high school seniors a 'learning by doing' experience of government and leadership. Over 250 students attend this camp each year at Shippensburg University.

During the last week of June, Pennsylvania's brightest student go to Shippensburg University to attend Keystone Boys State put together by the American Legion.As a counselor I am put directly responsible for 30 students (all high school seniors) and indirectly responsible for 300 others (also high school seniors). I am tasked to motivate these students and keep them focused on the work which they are supposed to be doing. I plan activities for the students that directly involve them in the program in a way that they enjoy.

Started the program with the help of the Delaware Valley PTA Council. This program was started to be able to better inform the tax payers of the Delaware Valley School District of what their money was being used for.As the Director of the program I ran all aspects of public relations, marketing the program, relations with the district, and all technological aspects. The fiduciary responsible was of the PTA.This program proved to be a big success bringing locals into local politics and making school district policy making and decision making much more transparent.

Walmart Super-center, including; Costumer Service, pharmacy, meats, electrics, grocery, tire and lube, and in all general merchandise area. Leaned how to keep inventory of over 100,000 items keep in stock for the store.I was taught vital management skills from someone who manages 500 people daily. I gained a knowledge on how to conduct myself with costumes and employees, and how to successfully thrive in a retail management setting
