As the Voice Training Manager, it is my pleasure to provide training to our hosted voice customers on all of the exceptional voice platforms and tools we have available to enhance the voice services we provide. I also oversee the training and development of our knowledgeable voice staff. There is always much to learn in the ever changing and advancing world of telecommunications and even after 20 years in telecommunications, I'm still learning new things every day as well!

While still providing customer service and tier 1 tech support for previous AccessCom customers, I assist the Hunt Telecom provisioning team with circuit orders, directory listings, number porting, 911 information updates and I manage the dispatching of voice field techs for installs and support tickets. I also assist the voice department with basic switch work in Taqua and Broadworks.

My job duties encompassed a wide variety of responsibilities: billing, bookkeeping, payroll, cash management, HR, customer service, account management, sales tax reporting, billing disputes, tracking of sales, commission calculations, etc. I am also proficient in 911 database management, caller ID database management, number porting, circuit ordering & disconnects, directory listings, dial-up/email/e-fax technical support, and toll free number provisioning.

I was hired as a cashier, but was quickly utilized as a front end assistant manager and promoted to Cash office manager within six months. I also helped out with the sales floor, copy and print center, special ordering for customers and shipping and receiving.

I assisted communications between residents, their families, and staff, helped to arrange transportation for medical appointments, kept progress charts on the residents, participated in care planning meetings, and filled out Medicare forms for all admissions, health status changes, and discharges.
