Responsibilities included acting as the point-person for all substantive issues surrounding Constellation’s efforts to influence the rules governing the Loan Guarantee Program established by DOE pursuant to Title XVII of the Energy Policy Act of 2005; developed a financing.

• Represented the Structured Finance Division in a $500 million, multi-lender syndicated limited-recourse project financing of a combined-cycle electric generating facility recently constructed in Turkey.
• Represented the Asset Management Division in a $300 million debt restructuring of a combined-cycle electric generating facility in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Represented the Structured Finance Division in an $80 million corporate financing of an electric generating facility recently constructed in Brazil.
• Represented the Structured Finance Division in a $26 million structured co-financing (Ex-Im Bank and Coface, the French export credit agency) of a dedicated 60 MW electric generating facility being constructed in Turkey.

Represented lenders in a wide variety of commercial and residential real property transactions, including several large construction projects. Worked on numerous civil litigation cases primarily in the areas of real property and contracts. Duties included negotiating contracts, preparing closing documentation, confirming satisfaction of all conditions.

Practiced in the areas of corporate law, commercial and residential real property, and civil litigation, primarily cases involving real property and contract disputes.
