This includes and is not limited to college application, college essay writing, financial aid, and housing processes. Track and report college application and enrollment behavior of our students and report findings to the Director of College Counseling and Board of Directors.Create individualized college counseling plans with students throughout their career at the academy. Work with and advise the Director of Academic Affairs with curriculum and course enrollment options. Facilitate the letter of recommendation process with teachers and students. Draft and write letters of recommendation for all senior students on my caseload (70-90 per year).Liaison with athletic recruitment staff and coaches seeking eligibility information from our students.
