Provide comprehensive product training via online and in person to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and nurses from hospitals purchasing automated de-centralized pharmacy products including AcuDose-Rx and NarcStation. Work in collaboration with course developers and technical writers to structure and design courses, training guides, quick reference guides, handouts, and review exercises. Develop and provide product specific training to internal employees. Continually provide ongoing support to employees who need further educational assistance. Partner with product experts, course developers, and technical writers to plan, design, and coordinate annual employee training summit.
