I have been working in the AEC industry for 16 years, I love new technology and learning how to use and apply it to deliver for our clients, from proposals in Infraworks and Lumion to Corridor modeling in Civil 3D, I have worked in many different markets, municipal, transportation, renewables Solar/Wind/BESS, and civil construction inspection. I am always looking for new design technologies and how I can better manage and harness any new technology for our design teams here at Ulteig. I also have experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) formerly BIM 360). I love to challenge the status quo! I also recently received my sUAS-Remote Pilots license.I have always strived to be a leader in all aspects of life not just work, in my spare time, I love to coach alpine ski racing to young skiers, from 5 years old to seniors in high school.I started as a CAD technician, I quickly went down the path of learning how to become a CAD Manager/Trainer/Mentor, I learned quickly how important standards are tied to the success of the design process! I am responsible for the CAD standards within the Civil Group at Ulteig. I have also served on the Civil engineering advisory board for the Detroit Lakes campus of MN State Community and Technical college for the AAS Civil Engineering in technology program.I love the quote from Einstein “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”I also believe TEAMWORK truly makes DREAM WORK!
