Strategic Success Manager
CurrentRetains, renews, and grows existing accounts by developing long-term relationships and driving strategic success metrics.* Acts as a trusted advisor to key sponsors and power sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage Naviance to achieve student success and measurable student outcomes * Partners with team to manage, retain and grow the largest K12 school district partners * Analyzes client portfolio and identifies churn risk, up-sell opportunities, and outreach strategy on an annual basis * Effectively navigates clients organization to grow our relationships and influence * Identifies and capitalizes on product adoption and white space * Develops success plans for customers and outlines their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provides recommendations * Tracks customer metrics and temperature to identify churn risk and works proactively with sales to address/eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying upsell opportunities* Creates real referenceable client base* Prioritizes and drives resolution on escalated customer issues * Monitors and facilitates customer adoption of our solution features and functionality and provides an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products
