With well over 1000 coaching hours, I coach a range of clients predominantly focusing on areas relating to leadership and transition.Originating from extensive management experience my coaching style is predominantly goal focused, propelling clients towards the solution to achieve their desired outcome. Having directly experienced the complexities of corporate dynamics I am highly adept in understanding and negotiating the associated challenges and adopt an empathetic yet pragmatic approach to different situations.
