Carers NSW is a not-for-profit registered charity based in Sydney. The organisation works with carers to improve their health, wellbeing, resilience and financial security.I was engaged to manage the relocation of staff from their Sydney based office to North Sydney.My role included the following:Stakeholder management including co-ordination and resolution throughout the life cycle of the project;Development of a comprehensive Communications Plan, tailored to meet the needs of Carers NSW staff;Co-ordination of fit out contractors, building management and designers;Management of the procurement process, external services and co-ordination of IT requirements; Internal planning, including co-ordination of staff move champions, furniture and resource materials to ensure that tight deadlines were met; andCo-ordination with the WHS committee to ensure that all mandatory WHS regulations were adhered to.

Health Infrastructure (HI) plans and delivers extensive capital works program for NSW Health, commencing with a team of 10 staff in 2007 and growing to a staffing level of c. 100 staff in 2015. I led an Administration team of 4 and worked extensively with staff across all areas of the organisation key office systems to support HI to achieve its business outcomes, including HR, IT and Corporate Governance. Achievements Successfully planned, managed and delivered 3 office relocations on time and under budget.  Collaborated with the IT team to enable the go-live date to be honoured for email migration in 2015.  Recognised by senior management as a key player in building and developing a positive working culture.  Successfully re-skinned the corporate website with content, aesthetic and functionality, all under prescribed budget.  Managed the roll out of a NSW Health mandatory training program of 8 modules across the organisation, with a prescribed deadline.  Co-ordinated and managed all IT requirements, including procurement of hardware and software across the business from 2007 to 2014, until an IT team was appointed to manage the organisation’s growth. Successfully managed and delivered all internal events and external industry Awards, including the NSW Premier’s and NSW Health Innovation Awards.
