My role as Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the stakeholder management of 3rd party Broker and self- employed Financial Advisors to ensure that a superior level of customer service is provided to the company’s life protection and investment clients (both individual and commercial). On a day to day basis, I was responsible for• Processing and delegation of policy alterations, in line with agreed SLA and compliance standards.• Providing continued support and information to clients and brokers via inbound and outbound calls.• As an experienced member of the team, issue reporting, investigation and resolution when problems arise during administration processes across the team as a whole.• Assisting the Team Leader/Manager in the development of customer service standards for the team.• Training new staff, ensuring that a high level of competence exists and quality of service is maintained.• Testing new enhancements and developments to systems and processes.• Updating procedures and communicating changes to team members as required.• Dealing with the more complex tasks and projects as assigned by the department Team Lead/Manager.• Production of weekly activity reporting for management.

LIAG is a large architectural practice with 40 staff, managing several projects on an on-going basis. I supported the senior architects with the conceptual development of projects, completion of design support and project management. I assisted the PR department of LIAG with the translation of their website content and international presentation preparation, when the presentations were in English. I also acted as a key link between the architects and engineers ensuring that all necessary information was transferred appropriately and on time. Toward the end of my internship I was assigned responsibility for the model making section of a major contract for LIAG, distributing work evenly across the working group and instructing others on the construction of individual components that could be brought together to form the finished piece.• Photoshop• Indesign• Illustrator • AutoCAD• ArchiCAD
