I sit on the Customer Success Leadership Team and serve as the Executive Sponsor for our Team & Talent strategic pillar, look after change management and comms for major change initiatives, lead employee communications, and run our leadership team operations.

I built and led Elevate's small enterprise, mid-market, and activation teams, and owned our scaled customer engagement.

I led a team of digital marketers dedicated to new customer acquisition and customer marketing for LinkedIn Talent Solutions' search & staffing, nonprofit, and federal segments in North America. We owned every part of the customer lifecycle - from awareness to advocacy - and partnered closely with Sales to grow the business and drive customer success at scale.

Co-founded Talent Connect, LinkedIn’s annual conference for Talent Solutions customers, in 2010; by 2011, TC had become a global franchise and the world’s largest corporate Talent Acquisition conference. Managed all sessions, speakers, and event promotions. CEB (formerly Corporate Executive Board) is a best-practices insight and research firm serving heads of corporate functions at global organizations.I worked with a small team to build and manage a community platform for CEB member executives. My role encompassed requirements development, user experience, product marketing, and community management.

I advised corporate communications executives on topics such as social media, brand and reputation management, public relations and employee communications. I also directed our "short-answer" research function, overseeing a 13-person team in delivering insights on demand to a membership of 500+ heads of comms and their teams.

I researched and authored white papers on corporate communications best practices.
