- Initiated funding and aligned execution for the design and construction of facilities for US Special Operations Command supporting $650M Military Construction program across future years defence program planning cycle.- Orchestrated and led in-country Special Operations Forces engineers in design, resourcing, and construction of command’s 2-star level Joint Operations Center consolidating command and control of 13,000 special operations forces across the Combined Joint Operations Area in Afghanistan.- Integrated military engineer operations, strategic basing, retrograde, and facility demilitarization through constant communication with Coalition Forces and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan ensuring National and NATO objectives were aligned.
