CurrentChad is a Partner at Exequity, and leads its Orange County, California office. Prior to joining Exequity, Chad was a Principal and member of the leadership group of a large, multi-national consulting firm where he practiced executive compensation for 15 years.Chad has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from multi-billion dollar public companies to smaller private organizations. Chad works directly with the compensation committees at most of his clients. These clients represent successful multi-year relationships at premier U.S. companies. The scope of engagements with these organizations covers the spectrum of executive compensation and governance issues commonly faced by corporate boards and management teams. These issues include fundamental items such as peer group selection, market benchmarking, incentive plan design, and technical consulting on compliance, tax, and accounting issues, as well as transformational issues such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, spin-offs, and going-private transactions.
