With over 20 years experience in Payroll, I am always open to new possibilities. I have a strong attention to detail. Confidentiality is a key in my position. I process payroll from start to finish. New hires (Union & Non-Union), E-verify all employees, data entry and process payroll weekly and semimonthly. Process direct deposits, garnishments, 401K/ROTH and upload to retirement fund accounts, semi monthly taxes, monthly taxes, monthly union reports (Teamster, Cement Masons, Laborers, and Operator Engineers) quarterly taxes (940, 941, States, Cities, RITA, PA Locals and occupational privilege tax, unemployment for each state we work (TN, FL, PA, MI, SC, NC, VA, WV & OH)) and annual fillings and reconciliations to include the W2 process.
