- Responsible for Sales, Visual, and Operations for our 2nd largest store (+14,000sqft) in Europe. Turnover at €6.1m. - Drive forward commercial decisions that are right for the business and marketplace on a large scale using all available tools to inform these actions to ensure they have a strong basis.- Ensure there is a diverse range of roles within the store to retain talent and have a succession map for leaders of the future- Demonstrated company core values as a role model, with a focus on respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.- Built proactive and productive relationships with various management positions in the Department store varying from Operations, HR, Sales, Visual, and top store management functions.- Trained a totally new Visual Team of 4 from being new and showing an interest in Visual to absolutely excelling in their tasks and getting incredible feedback from Senior EU Management on the speed of their development.- Leading the team through a very difficult COVID19 retail landscape with everchanging rules and restrictions from the government impacting not only on the day-to-day however employees' mental health.

- Relocated country and opened the 1st store out of 3 in the NRW region of West Germany in the business' initiative to expand the brand's store profile in Germany, whilst also putting the brand's name even further on the map internationally.- Lead and developed a management team of 3, 35 employees in a 8000sqft store. Turnover at €3m. Delivered a strong 1st year of sales by being totally reactive to the customer, influencing stock package, and creating innovative layouts which resulted in being the best performing store vs sales plans of the 3 new stores.- Recruited pre-store opening for various roles within the store including concessions by holding recruitment days in Bonn, Cologne and Dusseldorf. After this stage I was responsible for inputting the working schedule for the first 3 weeks of opening for 35 employees, communicating H&S training meetings and hosting their brand induction along with L&D.- Developed a Team Leader/Department Manager into being my successor as ASM when I was promoted into another store. - Adapted my behaviours and management style in order to find ways of being effective without compromising my integrity in a new country with new cultures.
