 Supervising 2 supervisors and 45 drivers. Currently 6 accounts run out of my location. This consists of 5 automotive accounts and 1 bulk rock account. Responsible for ensuring that our automotive customers which are JIT have the staffing in place to keep their production lines going.  Working with our on-site shop to ensure equipment is being serviced as needed.  Doing any Drive Cam coaching that arises and making sure that my fleet is safe and compliant. Working with our customers to ensure that their billing is accurate and that all KPI’s are completed to contractual requirements.

 Assisted with driver recruitment and managerial support at various accounts after Bonnell contract ended. Recruited drivers for various AAA Cooper dedicated divisions including Georgia Pacific, Master Halco, Universal Forest Products, Deco star, AJC, and Samsung. Ran the Universal Forest Account location at Union City Georgia while training the new manager.  Ran the Universal Forste Account location in Tampa, Florida for 8 weeks until a new manager could be hired. I then trained the new manager. Worked at our Georgia Pacific location in Baxley, GA for 7 weeks providing managerial support.  Provided startup assistance to the Samsung account in West Point, Georgia.

Newnan, Georgia, United States

 Supervised 2 on-site managers and 1 operations supervisor across three locations (Newnan, GA, Carthage, TN, Niles, MI). Full P&L responsibility. This included making sure that all location costs were controlled to ensure profitability. Yearly revenue for accounts was $9 million. Ensured that all drivers were adhering to all DOT regulations and training requirements. Consisted of 50 company drivers. Worked with our on-site shop to ensure equipment was being serviced as needed. Worked closely with our safety department to make sure that any safety concerns were addressed. This included crash reviews as well as addressing any behavior issues. Maintained a list of outside carriers to assist Bonnell when their volume had large increases. Included in this was negotiating rates with new carriers.

Opelika, Al

 Supervised 8 dispatchers and 1 operations manager. This included making sure that they took any required classes for their professional development as well as yearly performance reviews. Full P&L responsibility. This included completing a yearly budget and making sure that all costs fell in line with it. Yearly revenue for the location was $20 million. Ensured that all drivers were adhering to all DOT regulations and training requirements. Met with Wal-Mart daily to ensure their manpower needs were being met. This consisted of roughly 140 drivers from my location. Maintained a 99.75 on time delivery percentage to Wal-Mart stores in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Opelika, Al

 Supervised 5 service support leaders and 1 operations manager. Included in this was developing their leadership abilities so they could take the next step in their careers. Full P&L responsibility. Included in this was completing a yearly budget and making sure that all cost fell in line with it. Account was responsible for roughly $20 million in revenue a year. Ensured that 130 contractors adhered to all DOT regulations. This included HOS regulations as well as DOT requirements for equipment safety and driver fitness. Supervised the change over from paper logs to e-logs at my location. This included making sure every contractor was trained on the e-log system as well as making sure they had the equipment installed.
