I have performed in numerous solo piano recitals in both Chicago and surrounding areas, and also abroad in France.I also come with significant piano accompanying experience, mainly performing for singers and in a few occasions, with other instrumentalists. I had been using Yahoo! Answers since 2007 to answer numerous questions about the piano, piano playing, and piano teaching repertoire, as well as standard classical piano literature. I also have composed over 600 compositions, with 75 percent of the compositions mainly for piano or for piano ensemble. My goal is to open up my own piano teaching studio somewhere in Chicago to teach not only piano/keyboard lessons, but also music theory, composition, and music appreciation and history. In addition to my music accomplishments, I also took numerous ballroom dance/Latin dance group lessons with the Dancing Illini as a member from 1996-2002, with the goal of being possibly a dance instructor.Specialties: Focus on standard classical piano literature, with focus on Chopin, Schumann, and Liszt. For piano teaching, focus on adults at all skill levels, and I also have the ability to teach piano to children. Also: Basic music theory and composition, including jazz improvisation and classical improvisation, and I also have at least 20 years of experience in Finale Music Notation software.Other skills include creative writing, drawing, archiving, basic graphic design, dancing, Internet research, self-promotion, and making videos on Youtube. Moreover, I am currently cross-platform on the computers.
