As the Adult Learning Specialist, I work to ensure that all learners' needs are met so that students can optimize their learning time at AoH. My many years of experience in ESL and travel has given me a flexibility and deep understanding of how adults learn from even the most basic levels. I have also acted as a coordinator and facilitator between students and teachers to resolve pedagogical and other challenges, ensuring that student satisfaction levels remain high along with teacher engagement and retention. I match the learning needs of students with the instructional strengths of teachers.
