Was a Sr. Training Specialist RQ-7B V2 UAS Shadow Maintenance Instructor at Ft Huachuca, AZ. Support customer focus by conducting traditional formal classroom instruction and non-traditional hands on training. Provide instruction to service members using new educational, training, and multimedia technologies. Develops, review, and update curriculum to ensure timeliness and relevance. Provide academic and career mentorship to students. Responsibilities include writing curse curriculum and teaching Soldiers basic electronic theory, The Army Maintenance Management System Aviation (TAMMS-A), basic aviation safety, tools, and proper Army aviation maintenance instructions at Army 15E course for the RQ-2BV2 Shadow Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).Worked in a community college on the curriculum comity as well as a coordinator between the Army base and the college. Over 20 years of Naval Aviation experience with over 16 years in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)/UAS community. Last combat tour was the Senior Enlisted responsible for managing over 80 Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers working in multiple departments, to provide 24 hour Aviation assets to multiple outside organizations. Qualifications include Maintenance Control Chief Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 6012, Quality Assurance Chief MOS 6018, Plane Captain for the Pioneer UAV, MOS 8056 Hazardous Material/Hazardous Waste Staff Non Commissioned Officer, Aircraft Paint and Finish Certification, Administrative LASER Safety Program Officer, Respiratory Protection Program Manager, Army Basic Instructor Qualified, MOS 15E Instructor, and three tours to OIF and one to OEF. Other experience includes three years as a recruiter for the Marine Corps.
